Artistik's talent marketing strategy include a UK wide Press, Radio, and TV campaign reaching out to an audience of 17 million, a Scotland wide street awareness campaign reaching out to 2.1 million people, and the first UK music company to launch its I FLYER - a dedicated marketing campaign reaching out to audiences through their smartphones.

The Mill

S.kay performed live exclusively for Miller Genuine Draft's emerging music programme - The Mill. The Mill so far has played host to over 80 of the best bands from Scotland entertaining over 7000 emerging music fans. The Mill boasts having Tony Doogan on their team, best known for his
production work with Belle and Sebastian and Mogwai. S.Kay's
performance of 'Going Back', a down tempo acoustic number alongside
sensational Glaswegian singer Lucee, demonstrated the true ability of the artist's music to cross generations!

JANUARY '10

S.Kay on BBC 1xtra

DJ Edu was one of the first from BBC 1Xtra to play list S.Kay's debut single Got The Beat - a lively blend of bassline infused hip-hop. Described many a time as a definite smash, this tracks twisted bass demands to be heard loud whilst S.Kay's flow leads the track.

TRUE TALENT PREVAILS - LUCY MEEHAN

19 yr old Glaswegian Lucy Meehan become Artistik's next signing following singing a few lines of Whitney Houston's into the ear of one of the label's A&R contacts at September's MOBO 2009 afterparty at club Karbon! One thing for sure, this girl has a voice of gold and is sure to give Joss Stone a run for her money!

RICK HARMONY

Producer/programmer and artist Rick Harmony has a great reputation for producing high quality commercial dance/electro music. With recent success last year with Las Vegas, Ricks debut Remix E.P. entitled "Harmony Lessons" hit the no1 spot in the monthly release house music charts. Rick has been collaborating with Ministry of Sound resident Shane Kehoe on various releases under the "Kehoe & Harmony"

LIZZIE MARIE

Indie/Soul diva Lizzie-Marie is back on the radar doing what she does best, with her forthcoming solo album. No matter what the weather, Lizzie-Marie continues to make music from the heart whilst embracing her natural sound at ease!

DJ STATUS

DJ Status plays a fresh blend of R'n'B, Hip Hop, dancehall and baseline. He is not a run of the mill DJ or scared to incorporate scratching, cutting, instrumentals and acapellas in his sets. Status doesn't just play to the crowd: he immerses himself in the music and feeds off the crowd! The past five years has seen Status support top DJs and artists such as Dizzee Rascal, Semtex, Tim Westwood and many more!

SEPTEMBER '09

MOBOS's 2009

One of the world’s most prestigious music ceremonies, the MOBO Awards, was held outside of London for the first time this year at Glasgow’s Scottish Exhibition + Conference Centre (SECC). Hosted by Reggie Yates and Keri Hilson, the 2009 MOBO Awards saw the best of British and international talent coming together in celebration and recognition of the achievements in urban music.

A 7000 strong audience welcomed performances from Tinchy Stryder, Keri Hilson, JLS, Chipmunk, Ironik, David Guetta & Kelly Rowland, and N-Dubz. The evenings proceedings culminated in a moving tribute to the late great king of pop Michael Jackson, introduced by sister Latoya and featuring Shaheen, Diversity and Jermaine Jackson. Michael was then honoured with the MOBO lifetime achievement award, cementing his legacy as an influential and legendary artist.

S.Kay also made his own personal tribute to MJ with his outstanding performance alongside DJ Semtex, Master Shortie, Gracious K, Mr Hudson and Bashy.

S.KAY UK TOUR

Artistik is proud to announce S.Kay's forthcoming 16 date UK tour. This September tour will see S.Kay perform to over 25,000 people across the UK including Glasgow, St Andrews, London, Birmingham, Bolton, Loughborough, Hertfordshire, Derby, Keele, Ministry of Sound, MOBOS and many more. S.Kay will be performing alongside some of the best known acts this year including Taio Cruz, N-Dubz, Dolly Rockers, Filthy Dukes, Master Shortie, Daniel Merriweather, and MPHO.
